These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GRMI Logistics, LLC ("GRMI," "we," "us," or "our") website, quote request system, Track & Trace portal, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

GRMI provides expedited ground transportation and freight logistics services throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Through our website, you may request freight quotes, track shipments, contact our team, and apply for employment.

Quote requests submitted through our website are estimates based on the information you provide and are not binding offers. Final pricing, availability, and transit times are confirmed by GRMI in writing upon acceptance of a shipment.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote. We are not responsible for pricing or service errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete details.

All shipments are subject to a separate transportation agreement or bill of lading, which governs the terms of carriage. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed transportation agreement, the transportation agreement controls for shipment-specific matters.

• •You are responsible for properly packaging, labeling, and declaring all freight.
• •Hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items may be refused at our discretion.
• •Claims for loss or damage must be filed in accordance with the applicable bill of lading and federal regulations.
• •Shipment tracking data displayed through our Track & Trace portal is retrieved from our Transportation Management System (TMS) and is provided as a convenience. We do not guarantee the real-time accuracy or completeness of tracking information, which depends on third-party data feeds and may experience delays or interruptions.

To access the Track & Trace portal, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• •Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• •Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests or applications.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers, including introducing viruses or malicious code.
• •Scrape, copy, or republish our content without written permission.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of GRMI Logistics or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the website (not including shipment-specific claims governed by a transportation agreement) is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GRMI Logistics and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan.

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
